0.8.21 - Performance + Bug Fixes

  • This update is free for existing users.

Improvements:

  • General: Significant rendering performance improvements. This will be most noticeable on CPU limited systems, but should positively affect all users.

Bug Fixes:

  • macOS: Fixed a potential crash while using Desktop Audio as your input source on macOS 13.0 - 14.2. Other macOS versions are not affected.
  • Windows: Previously, changing your system's selected output device while "MiniMeters Plugin" was selected would result in MiniMeters switching to Desktop Audio capture.
  • Demo: Fixed visual glitch when scrolling horizontally in the Settings screen.

Themes:

  • Added loudness_main and loudness_text colors to allow for changing the color of the Peak/LUFS meter specifically.

Other:

  • General: Removed the "VSync - Low CPU [Experimental]" option from the FPS Limit panel.
